Scattered thunderstorms were most numerous over, and near the Sacramento Mountains during the early afternoon yesterday. At 6 PM MDT, an automated weather station (White Sands Missile Range - Phillips Hill) located 5 miles west-southwest of Oscuro, in Lincoln County, measured a thunderstorm wind gust to 87 mph. They popped up over the southeastern plains later in the afternoon, but the strongest activity occurred last night. Early reports this morning indicate that the heaviest 24-hour totals include the following-
